Privacy Policy — Saiez App & Website

1. Who we are

The Saiez app and the Saiez website (saiez.ca and app.saiez.ca) are operated by SSTPL Trading Inc, doing business as Saiez Sarees, a retail store located at Majestic City Mall in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use our app and website, how we use it, and the choices you have.

2. Information we collect

We collect only the information needed to run our store and services:

Account information — your name, email address, and phone number. Your phone number is used for one-time-password (OTP) verification, for example when you sign in or use the in-store try-on display.
Photos you provide — photos you take or upload for the AI virtual try-on feature, so we can generate your try-on image.
Order and purchase history — what you bought, order totals, delivery details, and receipts, for both online orders and in-store purchases linked to your account.
Loyalty points activity — points you earn and redeem, your membership tier, and related rewards activity.
Device and usage data — basic technical information needed to run the service, such as device type, app activity, and error information.

3. How we use your information

We use your information to:

Operate the app and website and provide your account;
Process orders, payments, and delivery;
Run the Saiez loyalty program, including points, tiers, and rewards;
Generate your AI virtual try-on images;
Provide customer support and respond to your questions; and
Send service messages about your account, orders, and rewards.

4. Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising tracking. We share information only with the service providers who help us run the service:

Google Firebase — hosting, database, and account authentication;
Stripe — card payments. Your card details are entered on Stripe’s secure form and are not stored by us;
Canada Post — delivery of your orders; and
Clover — our in-store point-of-sale system.

These providers receive only the information needed to perform their service for us.

5. AI try-on photos

When you use the AI virtual try-on, the photo you provide is processed to generate your try-on image. Your photo and the generated images are stored with your account so that you can view and save them. We do not use your photos for advertising.

6. Data retention and security

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, complete transactions, and meet legal and accounting requirements. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures — including secure, access-controlled cloud services — to protect your information. No system is completely secure, but we work to safeguard your data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

7. Your choices

You may ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete your personal information. You may also request deletion of your account. To make a request, contact us at hello@sstpl-ca.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. Some order records may need to be kept where required for legal or accounting purposes.

8. Children

Our app and website are a shopping service and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated policy on this page and change the effective date above. Continuing to use the app or website after an update means you accept the revised policy.
